Nutrition-Rich Juice Recipes

Turnip fennel juice: It has a great source of  vitamin C and manganese.It has rich nutrients 
of beta-carotene.It lowers the cholesterol,detoxifies the liver,prevent kidney stones.It can also 
reduce the risk of cancer and improves the eyesight.


1/2 turnip(cut away the outer skin if turnip has coated with wax)
3 carrots
1 apple
1/4 fennel bulb

Apple pomegranate  & tomato: Apple and pomegranate are rich in iron and potassium nutrients and 
also rich in fiber.Tomato has good source of vitamin A.

1 tomato
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 apple
crushed ice cubes

Parsnip carrot juice: It has good source of vitamin C and also contain manganese, folate,pectin. 
Parsnip carrot juice can improves the eyesight and reduce the risk of skin cancer and soothes the 
nervous system.

1 celery stalk
3 carrots
3 parsnip ( sweeter than carrots)
1 apple

parsley energy explosion: Parsley is rich in micro-nutrients and high amounts of chlorophyll which able 
to oxygenate the blood.By adding parsley to any type of juice it  can give more energy.Nutrients 
present in these are iron,potassium,vitamin C,A,calcium,copper,magnesium etc can help to 
improving the body odor,energy, fresh breath and nerves activity in the body.

2 carrots

Sweet lime & pineapple: Both are rich in vitamin C and also good source of fiber.IT contains lot of
 micronutrients such as zinc,potassium and magnesium.It helps in the development and growth 
of human body.

1 sweet lime
4 pineapple slices
crushed ice

Red pepper beauty juice: Red pepper is good source of vitamin C and beta-carotene and also 
rich supply of carotenoids.It can improves the skin tone and reduces the swelling from the arthritis.
It can reduces the bad cholesterol and protects the cardiovascular system.

1 broccoli spear
2 carrots
2 red peppers(grind the whole red pepper,seeds and all)
1 orange

Swiss chard kale juice: It is fully loaded with minerals & vitamins.It helps to prevent the cancers 
of the digestive tract.The nutrients present in Swiss chard are copper,manganese,vitamin B6,E,chlorophyll 
etc..It protects from coronary heart diseases,colon cancer and maintain good bone density.

1 1/2  cup of Swiss chard
1 cup of kale
2 carrots
2 apples
2 celery stalks
